Bill is a founder of Sennari and as CEO leads the charge in making mCRM the gold standard in developing 3G mobile applications such as PrizePlay and MobileTunes. mCRM will change the way people use their cell phones by turning mobile applications into connected applications that know their users.

Bill has been a pioneer in computing and media technologies for over 15 years. In 2000, the World Economic Forum recognized Bill as one of the original group of 30 technology pioneers for his work in developing new Internet technologies.

Some of the "firsts" that Bill has been involved in include: the launch of the world's first "real-time web server" at KnowNow; the launch of the world's first web based meeting service, at WebSentric; and the launch of the world's first hosted Intranet service for one of Netscape's largest telecom customers.

Prior to Navio, Bill was the President, and Chief Executive Officer of KnowNow, the world's leading supplier of interactive, real-time, web based applications. Bill was recruited by investors including Kleiner, Perkins Caufield & Byers to launch the company which was named "Technology of the Year" by InfoWorld Magazine for 2002. Prior to becoming CEO of KnowNow, Bill held various executive management and technical management positions at WebSentric Software, Netscape Communications, Goldman Sachs & Co., and NASA.

Bill was recognized in Davos, Switzerland by the World Economic Forum for the year 2000 as one of the top 30 technology pioneers in the world for his pioneering work in groupware technologies. He also has several co-patents pending in the areas of groupware applications for the web and the application of state/event-based systems on the Internet. Bill is a graduate of the Stevens Institute of Technology where he received a B.S. in Computer Science and has also done graduate work in Computer Science and Corporate Finance.
