World-class Photographer Geoff Sutton

Geoff Sutton, World-class photographer and businessman, shares insights with students enrolled in MGMT195: Introduction to the Entertainment Business. Sutton’s work has been published in a host of prominent publications including National Geographic, The New York Times, Time Magazine and numerous others. In addition, his artwork has graced the walls of galleries and museums around the globe. Geoff's entrepreneurial genius has been put to the test on several occasions, particularly in western Montana. For instance, Geoff is seen as a driving force in the development of Missoula’s highly successful First Night Celebrations. It was these experiences and the insights gained throughout his practice that he shared with the students in the class. Throughout the discussion Geoff stressed the importance for maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit, constantly feeding your passion, driving toward your goals, and keeping a high level of self-confidence and conviction when facing obstacles to these goals.
