Ron joined Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in 1991 to open the company's Nashville office. Over the past 13 years, he has overseen the careers of Clint Black, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Barbara Mandrell, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Julie Roberts and Shania Twain. Now retired, Ron remains active in the entertainment industry as well as a returning instructor in Entertainment Management Program at the University of Montana.
